Mice and rats are some of the most prevalent pests at home. They can chew about everything they come across. Getting rid of them can be a difficult task for a homeowner; however, if you follow these steps on rodent removal, you don’t have to deal with them anymore.

Tip #1: Shrubs and vegetation against the walls are the perfect havens for mice and rats.

Be sure to have less vegetation in your home as they feel safe and comfortable along with these areas.

Tip #2: Bait stations are one of the most popular procedures in rodent removal. It is highly advised when placing bait traps for mouse, it should be around 15 to 30 feet of the area where they are always seen. It is also essential to place these traps in your parallel walls’ entry and exit points to ensure your traps can sandwich them.

Tip #3: Using a mouse repellent. The concept of mouse repellent alters the environment they live in and pushes away or repels mice and rats away from your property. Use mouse repellent made of organic materials such as castor oil; they are safe with pets and kids.

Tip #4: Eliminate food sources. Please keep all of your garbage where it’s tight and sealed, wherein a rat can’t come to it. Food scraps must be cleaned up after a meal, and ingredients that aren’t placed on the fridge must be in containers.
